Não recebi o estorno e não cancelou

No dia 23 comprei um celular no site Carrefour,no dia 24 me arrependi e solicitei para cancelar,eu nem recebi o celular,pois era para retirar em unidade deles no endereço:Avenida das Nações Unidas, 15187 Vila Gertrudes - São Paulo - SP...desde do dia 24 estou tentando cancelar e eles falam que a loja precisa reintegrar para o estoque,para ser cancelado,e eles não cancelam...o pagamento foi a vista ,estou precisando do dinheiro e eles não estorna o valor e nem cancela...isso é um CRIME ! Aguardo retorno.
